To: Dr. Parker and Staff,

I just wanted to send my thanks to both Dr. Parker and Melody. Upon
hearing that Debbie was leaving after being my hygienist for the past 18
years, I was unsure of whether to continue with Dr. Parker or move on.
Today's appointment with Melody reassured my loyalty to Dr. Parker, and I
just wanted to give a thanks to him, Melody and the rest of the staff for
their continued efforts in making a friendly, caring and comfortable
environment. I look forward to many more years.
