Never too early to floss
Dear Dr. Parker,
I wish to thank you for the way you handled my recent crown replacement.
The old one had been a source of much discomfort for me, and it
is such a relief to be free of the sensitivity and pain. You showed
great integrity by immediately remedying the situation (at no cost
to me) when a crack was discovered in my crown. I understand for
a dentist, time is money, and this was a time consuming procedure.
Yet you handled it graciously. I know I am blessed to have a dentist
like you, because I have heard many horror stories from others
with similar (or worse) situations, whose dentists refused to correct
the problem. Thanks again for "standing by your work".

Just a note to thank you for the great care I've received from
your office...every time someone comments on my goofy smile I sing
your praises...I've been consistently please over the years by
the level of personal and professional attention you've afforded
me
as a patient.

uncertain times I find myself fortunate, indeed, to have found
you and your staff...you are all nothing shy of a wonder.
